XLII Competition Law Scholars Forum (CLaSF) Workshop
We attended the 27th edition of the biannual competition law professors’ forum, which focused on “Private Antitrust Enforcement: Taking Stock and Looking Ahead”
The conference, which took place at IE Law School in Madrid, was attended by industry professionals and, above all, competition law educators.
Most importantly, 13 academic papers exploring critical aspects of private enforcement of competition law were presented.
