Merger control: Acquisition of SVS by Luxaviation
PZCR Legal advises on the merger control procedure in the acquisition of joint control of the Spanish company Sky Valet Spain by Luxaviation and ACA, of Luxembourg and France, respectively
We have represented the notifying parties in the acquisition of joint control of Sky Valet Spain by the Luxaviation and ACA groups.
In this merger control procedure, Spain’S National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) has analysed for the first time the markets for groundhandling services in general or private aviation, as well as the markets for corporate terminals or fixed-base operators (FOBs) in Spain.
