Manuel Contreras teaches the academic seminar on competition litigation in the Univetsity Carlos III in Madrid
Our partner Manuel Contreras taught the competition litigation seminar as part of the EU Master Program of Universidad Carlos III taking place in Madrid. The seminar deals with the leading cases shaping past and present competition ligation at EU level
He has taught the seminar for more than 10 years now. Students learn how the private enforcement system of EU competition law has been built by the EU courts by looking at leading cases resolved in Luxembourg in the last 20 years.
Manuel commented: “It’s a pleasure to be teaching the European Union Law UC3M LLM program. I would encourage you -law firm sector or otherwise- to meet these incredibly talented students. Well done Carlos Moreiro and rest of the organisers, along with all teachers”.
