We assist clients in the drafting and negotiation of international sales contracts, characterized by their particular commercial terms, document and transport requirements; in their customs procedures; and in accessing specific financing formulas for their international business.
In addition to advice on "classic" international contracts, we also provide advice on e-commerce and intellectual property in the international sphere.

We also provide support in the drafting and monitoring of international construction and engineering contracts based on the models of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
