Ten Years of the Antitrust Damages Directive

On 26 November, a conference was held at IE University entirely devoted to Directive 2014/104/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 November 2014, on certain rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of competition law of the Member States and of the European Union.

During the various round-table discussions and presentations, the following topics were addressed:

• Access to sources of evidence
• Limitation periods, binding effect and joint and several liability
• Quantification of harm
