Academic Seminar on EU Competition Law Litigation

Academic Seminar on EU Competition Law Litigation

This week our partner Manuel Contreras concluded another successful run of the Seminar on Current Issues on EU Competition Law Litigation in the context of the academic program of the LLM in EU Competition Law of the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid

For Manuel, assistant professor, “this is an opportunity to debate -for the tenth year running- with postgraduate students -always a truly talented group”.

The Seminar introduces students to leading case law of EU courts in the harmonization of competition law damage actions and general litigation.

In this interactive Seminar, students deal with, inter alia, the interplay of public and private enforcement of EU competition law or the obstacles hampering actions for damages.
