Following the unanimous decision of the Board of Directors of the International Padel Federation (IPF), our partner José Páez will continue to serve as a member of the FIP Disciplinary Committee, which comprises four members of different nationalities. José Páez is the only Spanish member of the Disciplinary Committee.
Pursuant to Article 5 of the IPF Disciplinary Code, the Disciplinary Committee is empowered to impose disciplinary sanctions at first instance in relation to all infringements that do not fall within the jurisdiction of the Single Judge, and shall adjudicate in panels of three members.
