University of Seville, recognised as one of the leading experts in Spain on the taxation of artists and athletes, is participating in a research project on image rights in the light of the emergence of artificial intelligence
During his research stay at the ‘Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law’ in Vienna, Luis Toribio, Of Counsel of PZCR Legal, will focus his academic research work on the taxation of image rights in the face of the irruption of artificial intelligence and its special link with sports and entertainment law.
